The CWH40P HBB Diamond Wire equipped with the new PAGODA diamond beads was recently deployed to cut pig iron ingots at a steel manufacturing facility in the Kansai region. The wire delivered fast cutting performance and strong durability, thanks to the three-step structure of the PAGODA beads.
During the trial, the wire completed a 3.02 m² cut faster than a selection of other Korean- and Japanese-made diamond wires. It was observed that the PAGODA HBB Diamond Wire achieved cutting speeds up to twice as fast as seven other wires from various manufacturers. Designed to deliver higher speeds without compromising the signature long service life of HBB diamond wires, the PAGODA series continues to excel based on the performance data from this project.
