At the latest edition of DEMTECH-Bauma Con-Expo India 2024, held in Noida, India, DeeTec Tools showcased its advanced range of diamond tools. As a manufacturer with a global presence and over 40 years of expertise and continuous innovation in diamond wire, blades, core bits, and segments, we were thrilled to present our latest products to industry professionals, partners, and media representatives from around the world.
Among the highlights of our exhibit was the HBB Pagoda Diamond Wire, an innovation designed to push the boundaries of cutting performance. Featuring a unique three-step bead design, this new addition builds upon the strengths of our classic HBB diamond wires, delivering unmatched cutting speeds and long performance life. The Pagoda Wire represents a major change in diamond wire technology, addressing industry demands for higher performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Our booth was buzzing with activity throughout the event, welcoming longstanding customers, industry experts, distribution partners, and new prospects who were eager to explore our diamond tools. The enthusiastic response from the industry has reaffirmed our position as a trusted name in the diamond tool industry, known for our commitment to quality, performance, and innovation.
DeeTec Tools Booth at DEMTECH-Bauma Con Expo 2024
A highlight of our presence at DEMTECH-Bauma India 2024 was a visit from Jan Hermansson, Editor-in-Chief of PDi and PDa Magazines, two widely known international publications covering concrete cutting, demolition, and construction technologies. He engaged in a lively discussion with DeeTec Tools' CEO, Gaurang Doongursee; Export Manager, Kanish Gupta; and Indian Market Sales Manager, Vijay Poojary, covering our product innovations, global market strategies, and the evolving demands of the diamond tools industry.
The feature article in PDi and PDa Magazines delves into DeeTec’s expansion in key international markets, particularly in Europe and North America, with a special emphasis on the U.S. construction and quarrying markets. One of the key discussions at our booth—and a focal point of the article—was the cutting-edge technology behind our diamond wires, which set them apart from conventional sintered, electroplated, and vacuum-brazed wires. Our Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) technology plays a crucial role in enhancing performance by enabling 2-3X higher diamond content per bead while forming an exceptionally strong, zero-porosity bond. This results in significantly longer wire life and faster cutting speeds when compared to traditional sintered, electroplated, or vacuum-brazed diamond wires.
Additionally, our in-house developed 3D Diamond Placement Technology ensures that diamonds are evenly distributed throughout the bead, maximising efficiency and maintaining consistent cutting speeds from the first cut to the last. Another key innovation, Bead-Lock Technology, prevents bead rotation or displacement, enhancing stability, performance, and user safety.
Beyond performance, we remain committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Our Green Bond Technology eliminates the use of hazardous heavy metals like nickel and cobalt, making our wires among the most eco-friendly options available. Furthermore, all our diamond wires comply with EN13236 safety standards, ensuring that they meet globally recognised safety regulations for diamond wire ropes.
One of the most sought-after product at our booth was the HBB Pagoda Diamond Wire, an innovation designed to redefine cutting performance. The three-step bead design allows for faster cutting speeds while maintaining the exceptionally long performance life associated with classic HBB wires, making it ideal for a wide range of demanding applications.
This groundbreaking product is also our official nomination for the prestigious Diamond Awards 2025, presented by the IACDS at Bauma 2025 in April. As we continue to push the boundaries of diamond wire technology, we are honored to be recognised in the industry. DeeTec Tools will also be present at Bauma 2025 in Munich, further showcasing our commitment to advancing the industry with high-performance solutions.
