Featuring Unique HIP+3DP Segments

At DeeTec Tools, our segments for core drill bits, diamond blades, and other cutting tools are engineered using our exclusive Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) and 3D Precision (3DP) diamond placement technologies. These proprietary processes give our floor saw blades a significant edge—delivering exceptional cutting speed and durability.

Through the HIP process, we are able to incorporate 2 to 3 times more diamond content in each segment, while also enhancing diamond retention during operation. This combination leads to faster cuts and a longer service life. Our 3DP technology further boosts performance by ensuring an even distribution of diamonds within each segment, guaranteeing consistent cutting efficiency from the first cut to the last.

We offer floor saw blades with U-shaped and W-shaped segments, as well as turbo segment designs that improve dust and slurry removal during cutting. For noise-sensitive environments, our range also includes specially engineered silent blades that provide powerful performance with minimal noise.

Hot Isostatic Pressing(HIP) allows our floor saw blade segments to have 2 to 3 times more diamond content and improved diamond retention.

3D Diamond Placement technology evenly distributes diamonds throughout each layer of the segments, enabling faster cutting speeds all the way to the end.

For an environmentally friendly solution, our floor saw blade segments are also available with a “Green Bond,” designed with near-zero heavy metals such as nickel and cobalt.
