With Unique HIP+3DP Segments

Our segments for core drill bits, diamond blades, and other diamond tools are manufactured using our proprietary Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) and 3D Precision (3DP) diamond placement technologies. These in-house innovations allow our hand saw blades to deliver high cutting speeds and long service life.

The HIP process enables our segments to contain 2 to 3 times more diamond content while ensuring superior diamond retention during cutting. This results in significantly faster cutting speeds and extended tool life. Meanwhile, our 3DP diamond placement technology ensures that diamonds are evenly distributed throughout each segment, providing consistent cutting performance from start to finish.

Our hand saw blades are available with both U-shaped and W-shaped segments, and include turbo design options for improved slurry and dust management. For specialised applications, we also offer unique silent blades designed to operate with minimal noise—ideal for noise-sensitive environments.

Hot Isostatic Pressing(HIP) allows our hand saw blade segments to have 2 to 3 times more diamond content and improved diamond retention.

3D Diamond Placement technology evenly distributes diamonds throughout each layer of the segments, enabling faster cutting speeds all the way to the end.

For an environmentally friendly solution, our hand saw blade segments are also available with a “Green Bond,” designed with near-zero heavy metals such as nickel and cobalt.
